I double checked with Hopkins and they said the 56210 towed vehicle wiring kit will fit 2018-2020 Jeep Wrangler (with or without tow package).

It appears from the description that p/n 56210 fits Jeep Gladiator with or without tow package, but Wrangler only with tow package. What is the difference? Will it work with Wrangler without tow package?
