I apologize for the confusion in the dimensions on the 65528 vent cover. We verified and below is the correct dimensions.

Bottom Outside Dimensions: 27" L x 10-3/4" W.
Distance between mounting holes (center to center): 21-5/8" length, 4-3/8" width.
