I am not sure of the cut out on a 2015 Sunstar 30T by Winnebago. The EM models are known to be used on a lot of motor homes, but you would need to go based on the cut out and lock dimensions to know for sure if this will work with your set up. Below are the dimensions.
Requires a 4.88" W x 4.50" H cutout.

If the hinge is on the right, it's a right handed door, and you need a right handed lock. If the hinge is on the left, it's a left handed door, and you need a left handed lock.
