The SW6P has a Thermostat Gas Control Valve that takes your incoming gas pressure (11-14 inches) and brings it down to operating pressure (10.0 - 10.5 inches). I would first check what your incoming pressure is then check what the outlet pressure is, this will determine where the pressure issue is.
