Won’t power up at all. Was working just fine then the RV place shut my power off and now it won’t come on

Below is a link to the service manual on the first page of trouble shooting it gives you many reasons as to why the water heater won't start. Try checking these causes to see if it fixes and then if it still won't start let me know and we can work on figuring it out.
