My black tank reads 29% even though it is completely empty, can this Seelevel tank monitor system be reset ?

We don't normally see build up on the walls of the black tank so early but it could be that you have build up on the wall or have something, like toilet paper, stuck to the wall that is retaining water. We recommend that the you use Happy Camper Extreme Cleaner or something similar in the tank to knock the build up off the wall. On a day that you will be driving, you should fill the tank about half way full and put the chemical in. The combination of sloshing and chemical should knock off that build up.
