No, the Winegard SK-SWM3 is for DirecTV in the US only.
For Shaw service in Canada you need the Shaw Trav'ler system SK-7003/SKA-733. Unfortunately, that is not something that we currently carry. I will put a link below to the manufacturers page with the Shaw Direct HK Trav'ler SK-7003. At the bottom of that page is the compatible products section that includes the SKA-733.
