The lights are blinking on the Bigfoot PC-4501 Leveling System. Why would this happen? (Bigfoot PC-E4501 Ford E-450 Platinum Semi-Automatic Leveling System)

If all of the LEDs are flashing on the Bigfoot PC-E4501, the controller is getting less than 9.5volts from the house battery supply. One way to fix this is to charge the batteries and try again.
