What are the torque specs on the mount bolt into the 2 inch tube? (Blue Ox BX7380 Alpha 2 Tow Bar

I spoke with one of my tech contacts that does service on tow bars for Blue Ox and he said there is not a set torque spec on this because it has a jam but on the back. So you want to tighten it down to where it’s not too tight and has no movement but tight enough to where there is not too much play.
