Is the 501lsw-1 ok to use around skylights? I read on line it was better to use Surebond SB-140 its work better sky (Dicor 501LSD Self Leveling Lap Sealant - Bright White

Yes, the Dicor 501LSD can be used on horizontal surfaces. However, we do have the Eternabond 60007 StickNBond, this is more of a tape sealant and can be used on skylights. As long as it is applied with a roller and a lot of pressure, the Eternabond tape will last longer than the caulk/sealant. I will put a link to this Eternabond below.
