I see that the 7772 would be the proper rear sway bar for your 2018 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500. Unfortunately, the 7772 is currently out of stock and not on our site at this time. We are hoping to have the 7772 back in stock by the end of August 2019 to the beginning of September 2019. If you would like, I can hold onto your email address and send you an email when the item is back in stock.
