I apologize that you were having issues with the microwave. There are still safety features with the microwave. Make sure that when you install it, you allow enough space for ventilation.

I had a High Pointe and was thinking about buying another. I hated that it would shut down in the middle of baking. They said it was over heating and it was a safety item. It’s very annoying.
