If this is not an amplified antenna, why does it require power?
Winegard RV-5095 Sensar III RV TV Antenna without Built-In Amplifier
RV Antennas Receivers
I have and amplifer inside the Travel Trailer which is connected to an external RG6 male plug on the roof. I was looking for a non amplified antenna to mount and then connect to that already installed setup. Why does this antenna require power if it is not amplified?

I apologize for this confusion. I looked through the manual for this Winegard RV-5095 Sensar III and it states that the 12VDC connection is only made with the amplified models. This RV-5095 is not an amplified model so you will just need the coax cable to connect to the TV. I will have our product team look over this part.
Thank you.
