Yes, this TPMSAPP4 can monitor up to 22 tires. The extra sensors that you will need are sold in a pack of two. The TM-2BRASS are the extra sensors. I will link this below for you. If you need 10 total, this kit comes with 4 so you will need 6 more which would be 3 of the TM-2BRASS packs of sensors.
