Could you please provide me with the full model number and description of that generator? I can try to find out if it will be compatible or not. I have heard that some generator companies have a floating neutral type of set up. Or they have one power leg supplying about 60v and then using what should be the neutral as another power source and supplying the other 60v to get you up to 120v. These type of generators may trip the Power Watchdog EPO units open neutral or open ground errors.
One thing to note is that typically generators are 'clean' power in the sense that you shouldn't get surges or spikes from your generator. So you might not need the Power Watchdog units connected to the generator versus the shore power. The autoformers should be fine working with generators.
