Does the EM key lock work BOTH the mechanic access lock, and the Deadbolt, or individually?

Most dual lock doors have a mechanics access (universal key) and a Deadbolt lock (owner only key). Does the Em Al Sentis do both?

The newest models of the EM have an internal clutch system that locks both the paddle and the deadbolt. So it only works off the one lock cylinder in the deadbolt. Which can be manually locked with the key or deadbolt knob as well as the keypad. The older models only locked the deadbolt, not the paddle.
