There is a time delay reset when powering the unit on that can take about 2 and a half minutes. The Surge Guard company was bought out by Southwire and this 34520-002 unit is no longer being made.
On model34520 why a delay in allowing power on. Surge Guard 34520-002 Permanent RV Surge Protector 30 Amp RV Surge Protection
RV app. Takes 3- 5 minutes for power to come on.
