I've a 2019 Grand Design with fans that are powered to come on when vent is opened. Is this called prewired?

In order to know if your vent is set up for wiring, you will need to unscrew the garnish around the inside of the vent cut-out and remove the foam insulation piece to see if there is any wiring at all around there. If not, you will need to see if there is any wiring close to that location to see if you may be able to add more wire to hook up a powered vent in that location. If you currently have a powered vent, more than likely, there should be wiring to the vent location.
