A high pressure RV LP appliance could be more like a large furnace or a large stove or oven. Something that takes a lot more propane to power it. Most RV propane systems use a low pressure regulator because the appliances are low pressure. You can check the information stamped into your regulator to determine if it is high or low pressure or offers both. High pressure regulators are usually 30 psi.
