Yes I do see 24-177702 listed as the rear shock part number for the 2011 Sprinter 3500 Heavy Duty Chassis and Camper suspension with Dual rear wheels. Front part number would be 22-249326 if you can confirm that is the correct application you have. The 22-249326 is special order if you need this let me know and I can get you a quote.
Part number 24-177702 collapses at 13” and extends to 20.25”. If there is any slight variance from factory that would be acceptable and no cause for concern. That is indeed the right part number for that vehicle should you confirm that is the specific model you’re using. Standard Suspension B6’s for a single rear wheel 3500 would be about an inch longer but are specifically designed for the single rear wheel application.
