I did not see any pull straps at the lengths you mentioned. I have reached out to my contact at Carefree. Unfortunately, with the Holiday, many companies were closed. I will update you with an answer as soon as I hear back.

The 38" replacement would be a custom make. I would need your state and zip code to quote the cost and lead time for delivery. This 38" custom awning pull strap would be a special order, there are no returns on special order items.
