Yes. That is a Tucson motor gear box assembly and we do not have replacement gear kits for it any more.

lippert model 1-065-041-012 Lippert 125802 Tuson 18:1 Slide-Out Motor Lippert Motors and Actuators
Is a motor replacement the only option to replace the nylon gear that moves the slide. This seems like an expensive fix for a nylon gear that was designed to protect the motor from damage. Nylon gears become brittle after years of us & cycles of hot & cold.
