Yes, the PC-E4501 will work with your Thor Axis. This Class C install kit would cover complete installation of the Bigfoot system.
I have a Thor Axis 25.2 it's a class A on a class C E-450 chassis. Bigfoot Class C Leveling System Installation Package Bigfoot Hydraulic Tongue Jack
I want to make sure that the PC-E4501 will work on it. I also want to know that when I purchase this system and the installation package from you that there will be no other charges from Bigfoot when I have them install it.
