Yes, they are the same and it would be this part number 211852. The only time the controller is different is when you have a 13398-A, B, C OR C1.

13398-c2 on motor 1, flash 8 time.

1/8 error is a communication error between motor and controller. Sometimes can even be a mask for a low voltage issue. Swap the motor plugs at the controller. Run the room. If error jumps to 2/8 then we have a motor issue. If error stays at 1/8 then we have either a controller issue or low voltage issue.

I have no lights flashing me any codes on my controller? I have current going in the power tab and a good ground I also have my wall switch sending juice to the RET and juice to the EXT. But no juice going through the controller to my motors is my controller bad? Pleas email me or call me anybody. swbook@gmail.com or 815-275-5700.
