Floor flange seal is pre-installed at the factory. As for the sprayer holder, I am not sure. I am reaching out to the manufacturer now and will let you know when I receive a response.

The sprayer handle holder is sold separately under part number, 385230319. Unfortunately, I do not see that I can get this item at this time as it looks like it has been discontinued.
