To remove the vent: The cover will pop off and it will expose screws, take the four screws out and pull the vent out of the ceiling.
To put new vent in: You will want to put the base on first by matching up the screw holes, replace the screws and then pop the cover back onto the vent.
I, unfortunately, do not have a video showing how to replace it.
