Does this unit have a lead to connect to an automatic generator start. That is, a 12v lead on the shore power side?

The 41260 does have an option for an Auto Start Inhibitor. The inhibitor is a connection inside the ATS that puts a constant 5 volts to the Generator Auto Start control system. This prevents erratic generator auto starts due to device seeing zero voltage and therefore starting when not needed.
