Based on my research, it looks like your existing Shurflo 2088-403-144 pump features a 3.0 GPM flow rate. I do recommend verifying the specs on your particular model though as it looks like there may have been a couple different versions of this Shurflo pump. You would just need to make sure that the replacement matches to what you currently have. This 4028-100-E54 flows at 2.3GPM. I will put a link below to our 3.0 GPM water pumps.
