Yes, the BX1139 will work with the BX7445.

According to Blue Ox, the Aventa LX will work, any of their towbars will work on any of their base plates. As far as the wiring kit goes, Blue Ox recommends using the BX8848 tail light wiring diode kit. I will link this below for you.
