my 5 yr. old 3502 electric jack has very low or sporadic power when lifting....whats wrong? (Ultra Fab 38-944017 Ultra 3502 Electric Jack 3500 lb Capacity)

Check the seal of the plastic covering the circuit breaker on the jack. See if there is corrosion. Clean the corrosion and should be good. Also check to see if the motor has any corrosion. If that’s the case, probably time to change the jack out. We don’t have any motors for that old of a jack.
