How do you remove existing ITC radiance light from ceiling?

Not to sound silly, but honestly, very carefully. You will need to pull the light down from the ceiling far enough to reach one side of the springs. You will then need to push the spring upward toward the middle of the back of the light, far enough to pull the light toward yourself and pull it out of the hole. When you get the light out, release that spring very carefully as it will snap back and crack the light or hit your fingers(which I am told, definitely hurts).
