Yes, that flange measurement falls in between the 27.75" - 30.25" range. This STP-3-30-03H should fit, just fine.
I have a flange to flange measurement of like 28 so the stp-3-30-03H is the right on for me then correct MORryde STP-208 StepAbove 3-Step RV Entry Steps - 30'' to 32'' Door Width RV Entry Steps
