You will want to check to make sure that there is still power going to the unit. You can check this using a voltmeter. If there is power going to the unit and it is securely plugged in, you will need to reach out to the manufacturer to speak with a technician or make a visit to a service center to have someone check it out. Unfortunately, there is not much for me to do through email when it comes to wiring/power issues.
