Unfortunately, the high pressure MB Sturgis quick disconnect fittings that I can see are discontinued. These part numbers were 104057 and 104061. I will put a link to the MB Sturgis site below.

The JR Products 07-30435 looks like it has the same 250 PSIG pressure rating. I will link this one below for you.
