Was this a recent purchase? The old DF-NMK301 cannot be used with the DF-RK810. The newer ones as of the beginning of this year now come with an optional side sprayer, DF-RL810. However, dealers and distributors may still have old inventory. Previously Dura Faucet had the DF-NMK301 and DF-NMK301SP. The DF-NMK301 did not have a side spray and could not use the DF-RK810 because the extra hose to connect to the side spray was not included/attached. The DF-NMK301SP came with the side spray, linked below. The old DF-NMK301 cannot be used with the DF-RK810.
