Product ADCO 3922 30-32" describes "tire rim size", why doesn't this smaller size have a similar description?

The rim size is not the deciding factor when choosing tire covers. It is possible that a customer may have asked about the rim size and we added it to the other item. However, these tire covers go based on the full diameter of the tire. I apologize for the confusion. This ADCO 3923 will fit tires that measure 27-29" in diameter.
