If I add this to a hitch with a 500 lb tongue weight, will I increase the tongue weight to 750 lb's?

I am looking to purchase an RV, but the tongue weight is 500 lb's although it is rated to tow 7500 lb's. Will the addition of this weight distribution raise the tongue weight maximum to 750 lb's?

That would depend on the hitch that you have. If it is capable of weight distribution and also if the rating will go up with the weight distribution system. You will need to contact the manufacturer of the hitch that you have and they may be able to tell you if the WDS gives a better rating. The reason being is because in some cases the hitches are WDS capable but it doesn't change the weight rating. The rating of the 49902 is 750 TW. That is the max tongue the product can hold.
