The IOTA ITS-50R looks like a relay based 50amp transfer switch. This LPT50BRD is also a 50 amp relay based transfer switch. As long as it fits your old dimensions, you shouldn't have any issues using this as a replacement. It would depend on how comfortable you feel about messing around with the wiring. If you are not sure how to do it, I would let a qualified service center take a look at it. Below is a link to the manual that walks you through the wiring if you would like to look over it to see if it is something you feel you can handle on your own.
