No, you will still need a baseplate, BX2671 which will install where the tow hooks are and the BX7365 is not a heavy enough tow bar for an F-150. The Avail, BX7420, should be used with that vehicle because it is rated for 10,000lbs and the BX7365 Alpha Towbar is only rated for 6,500lbs. We also have a towbar accessory kit that includes a tow bar cover, BX88308, I will link this below as well as the baseplate and towbar.
