RV-AD400 burner doesn't burn evenly
The flame is burning more on backside of grill instead of evenly around burner. What do I need to do to fix?

It may be a small blockage, or obstruction in the burner tube or the manifold. Maybe an uneven flow of gas. The gas valve could also be involved. Possibly checking the gas pressure in the line? Just some ideas. If, after checking everything else, you may need a new valve.
