The protector is showing 1 red light (left) and two greens, how do you correct to all greens?

A reversed polarity is when either the Line 1 (Black Wire) or Line 2 (Red Wire) hot wires are reversed with the Neutral (White Wire). In other words, there is a wiring problem. It would be best to have a technician check it out if you are not familiar with wiring.
