There is not an adjustment for this. However, if the customer has been fooling with the inside of the operating mechanism with tools, they may have bound up the reel when the tightened the chain sprocket.
The best way to see if anything is wrong is to remove the side cover and operate the reel. A technician will be able to see what is operating and what is not.
When there is a 1 at the end of the part number, it has a 4 foot pigtail. When there is a 0 there is not pigtail.
