Without knowing exactly which model slide tray you have, it is hard to say for sure.
If it is a powered tray: Push and hold the rocker switch provided by the coach manufacturer in the desired direction. Momentarily press the arrow on the remote control in the desired direction.
If it is a manual tray:
The manual ones usually have a spot to release the slide from underneath, or, it may be just to lift when pulling out.
