Yes, this is a signal booster. This is to be used with Winegard non-amplified Sensar TV antennas only(RV-5095 and RV-5050 only).
Have 2 wire small black cylinder attach to one of the lift arms. is this a signal booster? 2003 Monaco Camelot. Winegard RA-7296 Signal Amplifier RV Antennas Receivers
