I reached out to Camco to confirm the outer diameter measurement on the fittings that come with the RhinoFlex and they stated that they are 4". The inside diameter of this Valterra Sewer Hose Carrier is 4.4". The hose can be compressed down to fit in this carrier, but I can not say for sure that all of the fittings will fit as well. Some customers say they fit and others have said that they do not.
