This Carefree WG0504E4EB is 60in in width and works on windows that are 48.5" to 54" wide, and up to 36" tall.
My windows are 54" and I was told that the awning should be 6" longer Carefree WG0504E4EB Simply Shade RV Window Awning - 5 Ft - Black RV Shades
Is that true? Your description says it will fit a 54" window.
