The gasket is a part of the door, not the panel. As long as the gasket is not damaged, you may be able to adjust the door to improve the seal. Check the top door hinges so see if any of the silver hinge post is showing. If you can see any of the silver hinge post on the top hinges then the doors are sagging. The level of the doors may be raised using nylon washers with a ¼” hole. You would use as many nylon washers on the bottom hinge posts as required to raise the level of the door to the proper height where no silver hinge post is visible on the top hinges. You may also check the seals after the doors have been adjusted using a flashlight. Place the flashlight into the refrigerator and close the doors to determine if any light is visible through the door seals. If there is any light visible through the seals they may be shimmed using the plastic door gasket shim (part number 624701, special order part. Would need state and zip to calculate cost and shipping time) or a wooden shim placed between the door and gasket to force the gasket towards the cabinet when the door is in the closed position.
