What is the actual dimension measurement from the hitch pin hole to the back of the rotating assembly?

Cargo Racks
Some of us with DP's have exhaust pipes that extend out past the rear of the body 6-7" on the drivers side and the ladder extends out past the body on the passenger side by an equal amount. For the pivoting tire to not contact either of these obstructions, we need to know the actual measurement distance from the hitch pin hole (not the receiver hole) to the inside edge of anything on this device that will mechanically rotate and possibly cause the tire or the mechanism to contact the exhaust pipe or the ladder. So please provide that actual dimension.

There are two holes, so I will give you measurements from the holes to the back of the plate that the upper piece is rotating on.
Hole 1 measures 6.5" from hole to the back of the plate.
Hole 2 measures 9.9" from hole to the back of the plate.
