If higher temporary flow is required can I connect this pump to an accumulator tank (Shurflo 4048-153-E75 High Flow Revolution Pump)

With the Shurflo 182-200 Accumulator Tank being so small, it would not increase your water pressure by adding this to your Shurflo 4048-153-E75. Although, adding an accumulator tank will keep your pump from cycling on and off as much, it will not change the water pressure.
