I see some of the leafs have no holes to pop rivet onto the door. Is this correct?

This 6 leaf entry door hinge does not have holes in all the leafs. It is as shown in the photo. Do you have the original door number if it was Lippert door? If you don't have a Lippert door, you wouldn't be able to use lipperts hinge as a replacement.
